  All bookings must be confirmed through our website, phone, or email. Prices are based on the service requested and will be clearly communicated before confirmation. Payment is required in full prior to the scheduled service unless otherwise arranged.

• 3. Cancellations & Refunds

  We understand that travel plans can change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be eligible for a refund minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
